EMAIL COACHING

Do you have some burning questions that are keeping you up at night?
Do you have a situation that you don’t feel comfortable talking about with your usual support network?
Do you want objective feedback from a trained professional?

Then email coaching may be the thing for you!

I offer email coaching because I know that virtually everyone struggles with sex in one way or another, and not everyone needs, can afford, or has the time for in-depth sex therapy. For many people, email coaching is a much more useful and convenient option.

How it works

Take a look at my quick intake form below, write an email with your responses, then send it over to Vanessa@VMTherapy.com.

You can make your responses as short or as long as you want – basically think of it as your opportunity to reflect on your situation and gather your thoughts. Almost as if you were writing in a journal, or to a friend.

I respond within 24-48 hours with my feedback, advice, and suggested exercises, written out in detail.

I was beyond nervous about reaching out to a sex therapist – plus I’m a student on a tight budget – so I was drawn to the convenience and affordability of Vanessa’s email coaching sessions. I was skeptical about how much help she could offer via email, but I was amazed by all of her insights. The email I received back from her was jam-packed with answers and ideas that I referred back to for months to come.

What I can help you with

I’m happy to answer any sex or relationship questions you have, including:

Learning how to have your first orgasm, or how to orgasm with a partner

Ways to experience more pleasure during sex

How to communicate with your partner about sex and intimacy

Improving sexual skills

Bringing the spark back into a relationship

Discovering what works and doesn’t work for you, and how to ask for what you want

When I coach via email, I spend the entire time focusing solely on coming up with advice and suggestions, so we end up covering a of ground.

What it costs

$115 per exchange.

Much less than my standard video chat sessions, which range from $299 to $399.

My email coaching session with Vanessa exactly what I had hoped for. Her advice was incredibly helpful and comforting, not to mention useful. I’ve already started putting her advice into play, and it’s working. The whole experience was professional, thorough, and easy.
