The process starts with a detailed questionnaire, which you’ll fill out before the session. This questionnaire offers you the opportunity to get really clear on how you’d like to spend our time together.
I’ll take it from there! I’ll read over your answers, and I’ll design a session that addresses all of your questions and goals. I’ll start by sharing my insight, advice, and exercises with you. I’ll also gently lead the session, so you won’t have to worry about awkwardly trying to figure out what to say next.
The very next day, you’ll get an organized report of everything we talked about, including specific exercises to try and a game-plan for the next few weeks.
I’ve always liked being flexible with my clients about how often they have their sessions, but I’ve also noticed that people make the biggest transformations when they truly commit to a regular schedule.

When you sign up, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to complete before our first appointment, so I can get a sense of what your life looks like. The questionnaire also asks you to share the challenges you’re currently having with your sex life, and how those challenges are affecting other parts of your life too.
I’ll review your answers, and will prepare a customized assessment session. I’ll map out a gameplan of how I see us working together over the next three months to plow through your challenges and help you start having a more satisfying sex life.
Then we’ll meet every other week to dive in even deeper, and give you specific exercises to work on in between sessions. I’ll gently hold you accountable to the changes we discuss.
I’ll also check in with you via email in between sessions, to make sure you’re keeping your momentum.
We’ll also track your progress and celebrate your wins together!
Since the sessions are every other week, you’ll still have plenty of time to tend to the other things in your life, while keeping your commitment and momentum going.
There’s also an option for me to work with both you and your partner, to support your growth as a couple!

I specialize in short-term sex therapy. I know that you want to feel relief and results right away, so the initial session is designed to give you lots of exercises, tools, and strategies.
Everyone is different, but many of my clients work with me for around 2-5 sessions.
If you have issues that have been plaguing you for years or decades, or if you’re interested in doing a deeper dive into your sex life, you may choose to do sessions for several months.
It takes courage to work on your sex life. Most couples aren’t going to be on the exact same timeline of when they’re ready to do this work. If your partner isn’t ready yet, it can still be helpful to start doing sessions by yourself. You and I can talk about how to get your partner on board. Plus, if your partner knows that you’re serious enough about sex therapy to start on your own, they may be more willing to join you.
