For the month of May, I’m offering sexual education sessions booked through the Appointments tab here on my website. Sex education sessions are designed for people who would like to increase their knowledge of anatomy, biology, sexual health, and sexual behaviors. The sessions are fully customizable, based on your interests, questions, and goals for counseling. I also provide you with handouts that  detail the information covered and offer suggestions for homework assignments and areas of potential future exploration.

There is a tremendous amount of misinformation out there about sexuality, and many people have not had a serious, honest discussion about sex. Maybe your parents were too embarrassed to have “the talk” with you, or maybe you are a parent struggling with how to teach your child about sex. Perhaps your culture prohibits a frank discussion of sexuality, or you have felt too ashamed to ask the burning questions you have always wanted to ask. I offer sexual education classes to provide a safe space for couples, individuals, and families to have frank conversations, learn accurate information, and overcome the shame of asking questions. I hold a fully non-judgmental attitude, and aim to keep the classes light-hearted, humorous and fun.

My sex therapy clients have repeatedly told me that the most helpful aspect of our work together has been having these honest and informative conversations about sex. You may be surprised to learn how big of an impact more education can have on your relationship with your body, your level of comfort with your sexuality, and your sex life with a partner. This experience can truly be life-changing.

If you are interested in booking a sex education session, please visit my Appointments page. If you have any questions, please feel free to use my contact form below.
