The guiding principle behind my model is that we’re all looking for different things out of sex. We all define “great sex” in different ways.  

If you understand why you have sex, and what you’re looking to get out of it, it can help us communicate those needs to your partner, create the right environment for you to feel desire, and, ultimately, lead to some pretty damn great sex!
