Navigating sex, shame, and religion

August 13,2020

You asked for it, and we answered…

We created a YouTube channel!

We’re posting brand new videos every Tuesday!

We wanted to make sure you don’t miss a thing, so each Thursday we’ll be posting the latest video to our blog.

This week’s video is Navigating Sex, Shame, and Religion.

Yep, we went there!

We explore the tricky relationship between religion and sex, and walk you through a specific process that you can use right away to start dismantling any embarrassment, shame, or guilt that religion has taught you.

Plus, you’ll hear personal anecdotes from both of us about our family’s experiences with religion and sex.
