How It Works
In this innovative eight-week program, you’ll begin practicing the fine art of prioritizing pleasure. You’ll get exclusive access to one of my eight core Pleasure Principles, developed after years of experience as a professional sex therapist.
Each week, you’ll receive:
A 60-minute audio workshop, chock full of information and guided experiments

Week 1 – Acknowledge The Past
This week I’ll introduce you to the program and outline how we’ll spend the next two months together. You’ll take a look at your own personal starting point for this adventure. You’ll also examine your sexual history and uncover any past or current blockages to pleasure and enjoyment.
Week 2 – Set Intentions
Next you’ll uncover and examine your personal reasons for participating in the program. You’ll also work on developing clear, specific goals for the program and beyond.
Week 3 – Be Kind To Yourself
It’s a sad fact that most women spend their days beating themselves up internally. This week, you’ll focus on changing the way you treat yourself so you can start allowing yourself to open up to greater enjoyment.
Week 4 – Get Comfortable With Your Body
If you’re like most women, this will be a big week for you! Every woman struggles with her body in one way or another. Learning to unabashedly love your body takes time, but you’ll walk away from this week’s workshop having taken some significant steps.
Week 5 – Prioritize Everyday Pleasure
This week you’ll get into the heart of the program – learning how to slow down, start putting yourself first, and inviting more pleasure into your life on a daily basis.
Week 6 – Seek Sexual Pleasure
Yep, you guessed it. This week is all about sex. You’ll learn some surprising facts about your body and your orgasm. You’ll come into contact with any hang-ups you may have about exploring your sexuality and taking ownership of your pleasure. I’ll give you specific techniques and plenty of encouragement.
Week 7 – Learn What You Want
A lot of women have a hard time identifying and expressing what you truly want. This week, I’ll show you some fun strategies for tuning into your true desires, and you’ll practice communicating those desires to family members, friends, and partners.
Week 8 – Stay Engaged
To close out our program, you’ll spend some time reviewing what you’ve learned and how you’ve changed. You’ll also develop some goals for you to work on moving forward, so you can continue your journey long after you’ve finished the program.
