Greetings again from South Africa! 

Xander and I celebrated our eight year wedding anniversary on Tuesday, with a gondola ride up Table Mountain, lunch at a gorgeous winery, and a drive around the tip of Africa.

And, perhaps the highlight of my day, meeting the South African Jackass penguins! (Yes, there are penguins in Africa! Yes, they are really called Jackass penguins. And yes, I was insanely excited to see them!!!)

OK, enough penguins, let’s get down to business!

We decided to do something new this month and start Reader Request Fridays!  

We’re taking your questions via email and Instagram DM, and filming our answers over video.

Here’s this week’s question:

“How do I change my husbands foreplay routine? It does not stimulate me and, if anything, it turns me off.” 

We had pretty limited space in our hotel room to film this week’s video, so we’re looking pretty silly standing!
