I’m a HUGE proponent of lube, and think everyone should be using it. Most people’s experiences with lube are limited to KY Jelly or Astroglide, which are both – in my opinion – terrible lubes.

Can you tell my readers about your product, Sex Butter?

Sex Butter is an organic healthy alternative to the sexual lubricants and sensation products currently found in sex shops and drugstores. It hydrates, lubricates and PH balances the skin.

 

How is Sex Butter different from other lubricants?

It’s non-toxic. Most lubricants on the market today have toxic ingredients that aside from being harmful to the vaginal area also have a variety of side effects to the body. Sex Butter is made of all organic plant-based oils that people have been eating or using to heal skin conditions on the body for centuries. It’s anti-fungal and anti-bacterial and PH balances the skin and tissue it comes in contact with.

A little goes a long way. Most lubricants get dry and hard after a short time and by the end of the experience you’ve used up at least an ounce if not more. Start with a dime size of Sex Butter and if you need to add another that will be plenty because it won’t get dry or hard. Instead, Sex Butter moistens and hydrates allowing for long lasting lubrication and sensation.

Sex Butter is not messy. Most lubricants can be sticky, gooey, or slimy. Not Sex Butter. It’s the texture of butter and then as your fingers warm it up, it melts into a creamy luscious non-greasy oil that soaks into the tissue and skin.

 

Can you share a little bit about yourself, and how you came to create this product?

I’m almost 51 years old and I never planned on co-creating and marketing a sexual product. What sent me on my journey of creating this product was the excruciating pain due to vaginal dryness that I experienced at the age of 41 (during peri-menopause). I was already eating healthy so when I was told by my doctor to “use lube and have sex more often”, I started looking into the ingredients. I was shocked how toxic many of the ingredients were. There was no way I could use the lube that was on the market so I found a microbiologist to create something that I would want to use.

 

What kind of feedback do you get from your customers? Do you have any favorite “success stories”?

I get a lot of clients thanking me and telling me they don’t ever want to be without or run out of Sex Butter. Clients who have sexual pain for a variety of reasons write in regularly thanking me for making such a beautiful product that makes them feel so great.

One of my recent favorites came from a married woman in her early 30s from Seattle who used to feel a burning sensation each time she was sexually active with her husband. She wrote to me, ” I love, love, love Sex Butter! I’ve kind of become addicted to it! I like to use it before bed just as a nice soothing treat to myself. It’s been amazing when my husband and I use it during sex too. I used to have vaginal pain during and after we were intimate, but Sex Butter creates a healing, soothing feeling during and after! I can’t get enough of it!”
